Firstly you need to know that you are you and that we are us etc, if you are unsure of the definitions please feel free to look them up.
Now that is over we can get on with the real stuff.
This website is for general viewing by all age groups, for this reason all
advertised companies and products need to be of a general nature. If it comes to
our attention that a company or its products are not suitable for all age groups
then action may be taken to remediate this issue. This could include a warning
email sent to the advertising
company informing them that they need to address the issue or depending on severity the removal of the offending listing. If a listing is removed
it may be without refund as these Terms and Conditions (Ts and Cs) have been agreed upon by you when you signed up.
It is also to be taken that you have agreed that your advert would be suitable for general viewing.
Cancellations and refunds: if you choose to cancel your advertising with us you will need to contact us via our Contact Us page were we will organise a pro-rata refund.
All listings are to be made at your company's expense and if finances are not received then your listing will not be displayed.
All claims made by you in your advertisement are your responsibility. Any false or misleading claims regarding but not limited to
your company's or product's country of origin or performance may result in legal action being taken against your company.
We take no responsibility for your claims regarding your company or products.
All effort will be taken by us to secure your listings and ensure that they are safe from hacking and unauthorised changes. In the event
of unauthorised changes being made, every effort will be made to restore the original listing as quickly as possible.
These Ts & Cs are subject to changes for legal and legislation purposes, all
advertising companies will be informed via email of changes made.
Credit card details are NOT stored on our servers, all payments are made directly to our financial institute. NO records are stored on our servers.
